   We went to the Skyline Club for a very specific experience - Taste of July 4th. We searched for reviews ahead of time and had a hard time finding many, but our entire family took a chance and decided to try it. The restaurant’s view of the city is amazing and worth seeing. The buffet style food was July 4th appropriate, plentiful and well prepared. The actual 4th experience however was a HUGE disappointment. We went to a different floor, as advertised, to chairs assembled by windows. As the fireworks started, we soon discovered Wi-Fi was an issue so the music that accompanies the Indy fireworks, music many us look forward to and consider part of the experience, was not played. It could be easily streamed on phones but with other background music being played, some asked that music on phones be turned off. When we inquired, we discovered it was indeed a known, upfront issue but since the marketing materials did not specifically advertise music, it was not considered to be a problem and our concern was essentially dismissed. It was perhaps a bad assumption that music that plays every year on multiple, local radio stations would be included in the experience but it really did detract from the display…muted firework sounds because you are indoors and no city specific, choreographed music. From a family who appreciates and seeks out experiences, the restaurant’s view is worth it but the July 4th experience, at least the one like 2023, is not one we would recommend.

   We arrived to learn we were the only guests for the day, and because of that, the Chef chose not to serve us the one (promoted) limited time entree menu item we came for. This was not an ingredient issue. This was a choice. We didn't matter. Shame on the chef, how embarrassing for members of the Club that this is how guests are treated, and a poor representation of what Indy considers a "high-end" restaurant. Not tonight. Also, we were told a QR code for secure elevator entrance use would be sent and that did not happen. Attempted to confirm our reservation earlier in the day (five calls with no answer). Disappointing. Thank you to the staff at Weber Grill for the excellent service, full menu, and salvaging our Friday date night.

   During raceweek and the Skyline Club offered an oasis to enjoy conversation and a meal with our friends instead of having to compete with high noise levels encountered in most establishments these days. Excellant food and service with panoramic views made this the perfect evening.

   I always love coming to The Skyline Club. Our server was great and the view is amazing!

   Came to Indianapolis for the American Pianist Association Finale for a day and had dinner at the Skyline Club. It was very enjoyable, great service & dinner. Highly suggest it.

   The food we received was all prepared extremely well. Only gave 4 stars because they were out of several of the items we ordered (Rack of Lamb, Ribeye). "Forced" us to all order Filet which was really a wonderful steak. :-) I would definitely recommend to friends.

   I visited a year ago the quality of food and dessert was amazing but this year it was not even close to what I had before the portion of food was much lower and taste of the same food was totally different. The final bill is three times more than you what expected! The only thing worth is the spectacular view of the city!

   Invited several friends for an evening dinner. Our waiter was excellent. Our drinks were very good. The food was outstanding. We had dessert and it was delicious. What a wonderful evening.
