   Single Shot in Seattle is an absolute gem! I had the crab eggs Benedict and the salmon lox on sourdough toast—both were outstanding. The crab was fresh and perfectly paired with the hollandaise, and the lox was delicate and flavorful atop hearty, toasted sourdough. The ambiance is cozy yet modern, with attentive service that improved the meal. Highly recommend for a stylish brunch

   Came here for my birthday with my friends, and had an amazing time. The service was top notch, and the food was excellent. We particularly loved the salmon and the agnolotti.

   This was our second time visiting Single Shot. We loved it so much the first time that we not only returned ourselves but we gave our son a gift certificate so that he could enjoy this special spot. The restaurant is small, intimate, personal but also full of personality and conviviality. The drinks were great and the food was inventive, tasty and exceptional. The service was attentive without being in any way rushed. The place obviously caters to folks who are regulars, so there is a sense of familiarity, of home, for many. We hope we're lucky enough to join that group. This is our new favorite spot.

   Another fabulous evening at Single Shot! Sat at the two bar stools by themselves and had excellent service from the bartender who is always friendly, efficient and makes you feel very welcomed! We had three appetizers (beet salad, asparagus with egg and Hamachi Crudo) and split the lamb chop entree! Oh, let’s not forget the lemon tart for dessert! Everything was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by both diners! Single Shot has that special feeling which makes it one of our favorite places to dine!

   Delicious dinner! Excellent focaccia, burrata salad and pasta. Fun atmosphere - very cosy. Also, very loud - which is why I gave it 4 stars rather than 5.

    Great food, wonderful service, very accommodating getting us in to a table thanks to beautiful day - which opened up outside seating. Really nice night.
