   Open Tabke has this one wrong. It showed $$ but is every bit as expensive as the $$$$. So we stayed and I expected quality equal to III Forks (a sister company) or other restaurants similar. It just wasn’t in the same league. The fillet was good but not excellent (and should’ve been for the price). The ambiance was dark and the menu was limited. We debated on Silver Fox or Saltgrass and should’ve went with the other.

   We had 2 six (small) Tenderloins one order of mashed potatoes and mushrooms. 2 cocktails and 1 glass of wine for $240. Overpriced!!

   We made reservations for 10 to celebrate my parents 68th wedding anniversary. Nina was our server and she did an amazing job keeping up with our requests and made the evening very special. Would highly recommend for a larger party since most other establishments would not allow reservations for 10 on a Saturday evening. Silver Fox did not disappoint!

   Enjoyed the evening. The food was good and the service was very good. Bar was pretty bad. $17 for a 1/2 shot of Scotch was pretty unreasonable. Especially when you are going to drop almost $300 for 2 people.

   This was to be a nice late quiet dinner. NOPE! Reservation for 8:30 walked in and it was freezing. My date was gorgeous but shivering. There were only 3 parties there and it was like a party atmosphere, including the TV’s on showing the soccer match. I thought I was at s sports bar for a moment. The food was very good from the beef bruschetta to the blue cheese wedge with blue cheese crumbles (which is an ACTUAL wedge) not what Bonnell’s says is a wedge. The steak and lobster special was very well prepared and cooked to requested temp. It would have been nice to know the price which was to this point in my 53yrs the largest price for an entree I have ever spent. Maybe over priced by about $20. The crème brûlée was amazing. One of the best I’ve had. Our server was good but not memorable.

   Our server was outstanding. Very attentive and polite. Food came out prompt. Scallops were undercooked and the steak was “ok.” Certainly have had better steaks at a lower price.
