   Hi - I was greeted hastily by a gentleman named Darrell on Sunday night for our 6pm reservation. I wanted to check in via Open Table at the hostess stand and he said Scoozi didn't have Open Table and he couldn't check us into the reservation. I had made a reservation on Open Table so that didn't make any sense. He was very rude to me and my mother and father. We didn't like his abrasive tone with us and we decided not to sit down for dinner and went somewhere else to eat dinner.

   It was a great little place. Food ok service slow not so attentive. Would go for a quick. Lunch tho. Have to see how they. Handle dinner service.

   The outdoor courtyard is just lovely. Every single staff person who we encountered was just terrific--friendly, nice, seemed happy to be there. That's was really notable and unusual. The food is good. It's not knock-down drag out gourmet fabulous, but it's good. And nice selection of wines. We enjoyed our dinner and the whole experience tremendously.

   We enjoyed our buffet for Mother's Day. Excellent salmon and tasty mac and cheese. Our server was attentive.

   Slow service...took about an hour to get food which is ridiculous for a hitel rstaurant where many people are in a rush to get plane. We to,d hostess and servers that we were time constrained and although they were nice and apologetic it didn't help us get served faster.

   While staying at the Radisson Cross Keys Hotel, we were delighted to find it had such a nice restaurant. It features local as well as sustainable foods, which is a plus. The Maryland Lump Crab was tops! We ordered room service for lunch as when we checked in lunch was over. The room service was timely as well as delicious. The breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary. Service was slow when ordering from the menu, so I would recommend going with the buffet, which was excellent. However, as a venue for lunch and dinner, people who live in Cross Keys, Ruxton or neighboring areas as well as the guests at the Cross Keys Radisson, are lucky to have this restaurant. Keep up the good work!

   Had the margherita pizza, shortribs, and the pontino - mixed appetizers. Everything was really good. Finished it off with seared poundcake - phenomenal.

   Our server was so on with his wine select with dinner. We had a view of the garden and the table had a nice feel to it. Portions were just the right size.

    I've been a customer of Scoozi since they opened. The food quality is always good and priced reasonable. I live in the Village of Cross Keys and consider it a gem. You must try the Short Ribs!
