   Excellent meal with a beautiful views of the Bay. I had the sole with lemon butter sauce and capers and it was amazing! My husband ordered the Lobster Risotto, which he really liked but we both thought the sole was the star of the show.

   It’s been several years since having lunch at Scoma’s and one thing I will say, they’re a consistent restaurant. It’s always packed with tourists and always busy. Not everyone will get that window seat so relax and let timing be your friend. We were greeted quickly and seated fairly quick (not a window seat). The food was good and service was good too. It was very busy as always and also very loud. This is a touristy restaurant, hence this is what they are so know before you go. My only complaint and it’s not a big one is that the staff just feel stressed and disconnected from the human element. They’re almost robotic. I remember this going back to 2012 to 2019 my last visit. It’s simply a fast paced establishment so get them in and get them out mentality. Thank you.

   Michelle was our server today and did such a great job explaining all the dishes, making recommendations and making sure everyone’s drinks stayed full. She provided such a welcoming space and was so hospitable. Thank you Michelle for taking such great care of me and my god family! We appreciate you! Also, wanted to say how lovely it is to see Youssef’s smiling face whenever we come in.

   Food - as always - outstanding. As is the location….and atmosphere. Service tonight was not that great. “Transactional”. Waiter didn’t really engage, at all. Asked what we wanted….and the drinks and the food arrived…. May as well have ordered via a tablet on the table….not good, not good at all.

   When reserving, I specifically requested a table in the back, overlooking the Bay, as we were given multiple times previously.. We were placed in the front- so noisy, lacking in ambience, & overall unpleasant... In future, if this happens, we won't be staying to eat!

   Delicious food, attentive servers, and unbeatable views. The iced tea was gross though; it tasted like instant tea mix, and was cloudy.

   Always a great experience at Scoma’s Sausalito. Whenever we’re visiting the city it’s our go to spot for a delicious meal and spectacular views.

   We have previously been to the one in San Francisco and loved it. Thought we would try Sausalito. I understand that it is a busy location but I feel that the hostess should pay better attention to where to sit customers. We don't mind a small table but we almost were sat at a small table for two but next to a table with 4 guests that had backpacks on the floor and one chair really close to the person behind ~ just too crowded and no room to get in and out. I asked for another table which worked out better. I ordered the Halibut which was good but expected more from the dish, just wasn't what I expected and more sauce than it needed, could have used more veggies and it stated fingerling potatoes, but really it was three pieces cut from the potato. I felt as if the small veggies were drowning in the sauce like a soup with a piece of fish on top. My husband ordered the burger and he loves burgers and he has eaten many different versions. He was extremely disappointed. The bun was very dry and he stated the meat tasted as if it was a frozen patty. He did not finish it and that is very unlike him not to finish a meal. The ambience was okay. It just felt quite crowded in the room to the left of the restaurant. We would have much rather sat in the area where the bar was located or outside. When making the reservation there was no option for outside. The servers were great and attentive.
