Food was excellent as always! The crescent-shaped booths are always a favorite, allowing intimate conversation. The staff are excellent. Even in the face of flash floods in the city, we were welcomed in to dry off and warm up with hot tea and hospitality.

Though they have a full list of entree kebabs (veg., beef, lamb, chicken, shrimp), for me it's a great place to just order a lot of apps. The Armenian lager was also very nice, and the paklava for dessert was very fresh and flaky, as opposed to feeling too dense and syrupy as some can be. Service was friendly and attentive.

Very authentic Armenian cuisine. Thoroughly enjoyed the well spiced food. The wine we had was also quite good. Will be one of our “go to” restaurants in Chicago.

My family loves Sayat Nova! Had the best time — we were a large table of family and friends and the service was incredible, food amazing as always, and great selection of Armenian wines and spirits ❤️💙🧡

Wonderful meal. The Sarma was delicious, as was the sautéed lamb; so was everything else. Wait staff extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and make us feel very safe. Will be back.

Very nice restaurant with good and tasty food. Friendly staff. A little dark to read the menus, but we managed with the cellphones.
