Café Solé has captured the hearts and palates of locals and visitors lucky enough to discover this culinary gem off the beaten path. By combining his French mastery of sauces with fresh locally caught seafood, John has created a menu unlike any on the island, where every dish is bursting with indescribable flavors. Our server Kelsey was fun, friendly and attentive. We were a group of 8. Many of us had the restaurant’s signature Hogfish dish as our entrees, which was excellent. Especially with the 4 different vegetable sides. Other favorites were the clams as well as the beet salad as appetizers. A charming setting too. Highly recommended !

Located in the heart of Islamorada at mile marker 81.6, Pierre's Restaurant is set amidst a glorious, palm-lined beach overlooking blue waters, with walking paths through tropical flowers and a thatched forest. The two-story exterior resembles the old colonial style residences found in West Africa, but its interior reflects different cultures from around the world. Pierre's offers fine dining on the second floor. Guests may enjoy meals indoors, or on the balcony-accompanied by Islamorada's spectacular sunsets and tropical views. The Green Flash Lounge serves guests on the main floor and the downstairs veranda. Outdoor seating is first come, first served and not available to be reserved.

This bistro type setting offers one of the premier intimate settings in the lower keys. All of our entrees are prepared fresh to order using only the freshest of ingredients. Our signature dish, Yellowtail snapper, is locally caught daily and prepared fresh with garlic, capers and tomatoes in a lemon white wine butter sauce--it is to die for. When dinner is over look no further than Virgilios Martini Bar, located directly behind the restaurant. Virgilios offers an extensive Martini menu along with live entertainment 7 nights a week. Originally from New York, Owner Big John brought his love of Italian food to our little island. He then married it to his love of tropical birds and established the restaurant in 1989. The huge portions and creative cuisine quickly made New York Pasta Garden a local favorite, and we continue that tradition to this day.
The fresh seafood and friendly staff will keep you coming back for more! We offer the largest pour of house wine you will find on the island and a have great wine list by the bottle. We strive to have something on our menu for every palette and dedicate ourselves to make your experience both memorable and delightful.
