Falansai was established in 2013, and reimagined in 2020. Henry Trieu originally opened Falansai in 2013 and named the restaurant for his father's pronunciation of the word "français." As a Vietnamese-Mexican and American from Chi-Town (and now New Yorker), diners can expect the unexpected from Eric's cooking.

La comida estuvo deliciosa, los tacos de pescado tempura fueron mis favoritos, me encantaron. La tostadas con pulpo también fueron de mis favoritos. El ambiente fue súper agradable, los cocteles estaban muy ricos y me encantó la temática. Y el servicio estuvo excelente. Me divertí mucho 100/10 🙏🏻
