Blue Bovine combines the traditional steakhouse with the traditional Japanese sushi house to fashion a distinctly modern dining experience. Combining custom elements, such as exclusively designed Canadian maple wood furniture, manufactured in Toronto with bespoke artwork, handcrafted lighting details, and a warm colour palette of deep reds, seawater blues and layers of white to reflect Toronto's four seasons. Honouring the integrity of local and natural elements, the restaurant's ethos is expressed both through the commitment to local menu ingredients on the plate and local and natural material honesty in the design.

Comida excepcional. Pescados muy frescos. Los meseros muy amables y atentos. La recepcionista nada amable ni atenta. Estando el restaurante casi vacío nos dio la peor mesa en un pasillo frente a una pared y puerta de servicio.

Muy atenta y cordial atención, desde la puerta de entrada y durante todo el almuerzo. Excelente vista de la ciudad. Comida excelente, bien preparada y servida perfectamente, en un tiempo razonable. Ayuda y buena disposición en todo momento, incluso procurando una persona parlante en nuestro mismo idioma. Buenas sugerencias de platos y postres, ago como vino. Totalmente recomendable. Volveremos, seguramente, nada vez que visitemos Toronto.
