Located on Chelsea’s Park Walk, HUŎ opened summer 2021 to critical acclaim. Showcasing a unique blend of clean, fresh and healthy Asian food, dishes on Head Chef Yam Bahaeur Gurumg’s menu are all prepared from scratch using traditional Chinese, Thai, Malay and Singaporean disciplines. Favouring a balanced choice of snacks, small plates and mains, highlights include Soft Shell Crab, Siu Mai, Stir-Fried Beef Fillet with Spicy Black Pepper Sauce and Triple-Cooked Dover Sole with Asparagus, Garlic & Chilli. Driftwood colours combined with an abundance of natural light, ensures a fresh and airy ambience and on warmer days the restaurant's frontage is fully opened up serving as the backdrop to several pavement tables and a small terrace.
