Maxwell's Bar & Grill abrió sus puertas a principios de 1980 y ha seguido creciendo al punto de ser uno de los restaurantes mejor establecidos en Convent Garden. Maxwell's sirve un menú de comida verdaderamente al estilo estadounidense, la cual incluye favoritos como filetes de primera calidad, hamburguesas, potato skins (cáscaras de papa rellenas con papa, carne y crema), surf 'n' turf (plato principal que combina mariscos y carne), pescado fresco y ensaladas ligeras.
