Join us for a tasting or cocktail made with our grain to glass spirits. We do not have a kitchen, but you can bring your own food or order in. Enjoy a drink outdoors on our sunny patio (weather dependent, must request in notes), watch the bartenders at work in our tasting room bar area, or relax in the upstairs cocktail lounge overlooking the distillery.

Table assignements are made soley based on group size and availability. We are unable to accomodate small groups at larger tables due to our limited seating capacity. You may request specific seating in your booking but we cannot guarantee availability. We will not combine multiple reservations. No standing room. Groups of >10 MUST call/text 609-578-9874 to book.

For first floor or ADA seating please write a note when making your reservation. The second floor is only accessible via stairs.

Last call 30 minutes before close. Later reservations may have limited time.

Dogs are not permitted indoors or on the patio.

Christopher Hirsheimer and Melissa Hamilton—the women behind Canal House Station—are cooks, writers, and artists. In 2007 they founded Canal House, which includes a publishing venture and a culinary, photography, and design studio. Their cookbook "Canal House Cooks Every Day" received a James Beard Award in 2012.

In 2019, Christopher and Melissa opened Canal House Station, a hidden gem tucked into an elegantly restored 1870s train station on the banks of the Delaware River in Milford, NJ. Their idiosyncratic, modern American cuisine is inspired by local ingredients that are ripe and in season in Hunterdon and Bucks County. They are two women, cooking together, and sharing their love of gathering people around the table to eat good food. They have been nominated twice for a James Beard Foundation “Best Chef: Mid Atlantic” award.

Canal House Station offers "Sunday Dinner" every Sunday. It is available for Private & Corporate Events, and Celebratory Gatherings throughout the year.
