OMAKASE means "Up to you" in Japanese. A unique Japanese dining experience that involves placing one's trust in the chef's culinary skills to create a personal meal. This selected course meal includes carefully crafted dishes from appetizer to Nigiris to tempura to grilled fish to soup to all the way to dessert. This journey begins with the freshest, highest-quality fish imported from Japan. Our sushi chef, Haruki Higashitai masterfully navigates the seasons, bringing you distinctive flavors the reflect the quality and essence of each ingredient.

The crowned jewel at Noio is the omakase sushi experience, where guests are guided through Sushi Chef Nuri Piccio’s nightly menu of the freshest fish and Japanese dishes.
