Classic Austrian cuisine at its best: marinated cap of rump, breaded fried chicken with potato salad and Viennese schnitzel with parsley potatoes, cranberries and cucumber salad are only a few of the highlights. All dishes are deftly prepared using high-quality ingredients sourced from a wide network of regional producers, as well as areas such as Voralberg, Salzburg, Vienna and other Austrian regions. With respect for the original charm of the house, the interior has been carefully renovated and furnished with discreet smoke glass mirrors while preserving the homely brown tones of wood and leather. From early in the morning until well after dark, new and old Berliners, politicians, journalists, tourists and all kinds of flaneurs will visit Einstein Unter den Linden to enjoy one of the finest Austrian cuisines in the city.

Accordingly, we source our meat exclusively from specialized Italian producers along with our longstanding friend and partner, Italian star butcher Dario Cecchini.

Our menu offers a modern take on the traditional dishes and classic flavours of northern Italy’s regional cuisines. Our steak menu comprises various on- and off-the-bone cuts of beef, which we serve in the convivio style for sharing along with seasonal vegetable sides.

Das Irma la Douce versteht sich als Restaurant mit neuer französischer Küche. Wir bedienen uns klassischem Handwerk und traditioneller Kochkunst, interpretieren diese allerdings für uns auf eine unprätentiöse, moderne frische Art und Weise.
Unsere Weinkarte stellt eine kleine Tour de France durch die Weinanbaugebiete Frankreichs, als auch Deutschlands, Spanien, Italiens und Österreich dar. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei auf der Champagne, dem Burgund und Bordeaux.Optisch setzt das Irma la Douce auf dunkle Grün-Töne, elegante goldene Akzente und Holz. Die langen, schweren Vorhänge vor den Fenstern machen das Außen vergessen und den Weg frei für genussvolle Momente im Innern des Restaurants. Die antiken Decken-Leuchter bringen den Glanz der
legendären 1920er Jahr in den großzügigen Raum mit weiß eingedeckten Holztischen und langer Sitzbank.
