Apotheek, which is Dutch for Apothecary, serves authentic remedy cocktails in Aruba's only Speakeasy. We are tucked away in a historic building... somewhere in Oranjestad. In order for us to best serve you, we request that you make a reservation. We also ask that you kindly comply with our House Rules while visiting our establishment. Madame Janette was founded on April 2nd 1999. The restaurant developed into a place, which offers fine dining in a casual atmosphere.
Karsten, a European Master Chef, trained in ‘old school’ traditions creates, with help from his knowledgeable international staff, tasteful and creative dishes.
Their combined worldwide experience gives their dishes an original flavor with a touch of Caribbean in it.
We call it the Madame Janette Experience!

El Bartender nos brindó una atención muy buena, ya que nuestra reservación retrasó 20 minutos. Creo que no fue la mejor noche del restaurante: la comida no llegó al mismo tiempo para las 4 personas de la mesa. Habían pocos meseros, y uno de los platos no llegó caliente.
