Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications. What an experience! We ordered the table side tomahawk. The meat was phenomenal and the bone marrow sauce that came with it was quite tasty! We had the Winnie the Pooh drink, and it was great as well just a little bit too much ice for my liking .. It’s also pretty costly $25… our server was definitely on top of it and even switched out one of our drinks for us, which was much appreciated. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us with recommendations Hope to return again and have the same server!

Was excited to try this place for Easter brunch. Always appreciative of restaurants and servers that work holidays. Food was fresh, delivered fast and was delicious! Service was excellent! The frozen Dirty Banana was sooooo good! The entertainment was top notch as well, very talented!
