   This steakhouse is consistently. Excellent I’ve never had a bad meal there and their service is on point.

   We had a party of 10 and there were no complaints about anything from our part. The food was excellent and our server Frank was pleasant and friendly. Excellent service.

   Server frank was Great, Problem was with management itself Specifically asked for quiet table because of hearing aid issues, got nice table BUT problem is that the next two couples that were seated were right next to us! There were plenty of other seats (time was only 4:15 pm) WHY put people right next to each other perhaps marginally better for one waiter but shouldn't the primary thing to serve the customers desires? Why not spread customers out ESPECIALLY if they have expressed a specific desire for quiet A REAL drawback

   I was pretty disappointed is in my visit to the restaurant this evening. I’ve never really had a problem at this restaurant before with the food considering my bill was almost $300 for two people when you’re spending that kind of money for a nice dinner you expected to be top-notch, no issues whatsoever food no issues whatsoever. I’ve dined in the restaurant several times before and I’m a frequent customer. I’d like to treat myself to a nice dinner every once in a while. I don’t mind. The price tag service was good issue with our food that the lobster was overcooked me and my partner. Both agreed that the lobster was a little tender. We know lobster supposed to light and flaky and fluffy. However, this is not the case it was too thick and the leathery Second the mashed potatoes were not the consistency that they should’ve been and have been in the past. It was a minor issue but again pretty hefty price. I’m just disappointed that the manager didn’t come out to try to address the situation when made aware by the server what was going on? I explained to the survey the lobster was a little tender and we weren’t too happy with it. he informs me that he would let the manager know and once again I do not like making a big deal over minor issues but the level of service and that you expect from earth Chris was not a parent this evening. I’m just very disappointed that I had a poor experience because I do really like the restaurant, but l after the lobster was overcooked and the mashed potatoes were not properly prepared. I’m not sure I’ll go back.

   We love coming to this place because the food is great every time . Our date night for senior citizens was just what we needed, even forgot to take photos of the food.

    Location - inside a hotel Free parking A+ although packed to the brim and walking back to your car at night alone would be scary Filet A+ Shrimp A- for the three I did receive; F for the cold three that were brought to me after it was noticed I only received 3 of 6 Tomahawk A- Caesar salads A+ Bisque D Ambiance A Service A with a small side of snobbery Dessert A+ crème brûlée Table setup/Comfort A- why do they have to seat you so close to the only other people dining when you are
