   Food, cocktails and wine were excellent. Service started off attentive and was good for the first half of the meal. We asked for a glass of wine to be delivered when our entrees arrived but were forgotten. The wine arrived when we were half-way thru our entrees after a reminder to the waiter. Did not see the waiter much after that.

   Too bad, they have lowered themselves to allowing baseball hats to be worn in the dining areas. We have no problem with them being allowed on the outside patio.

   My Ruth’s Chris experience this time was not good. I ordered the chicken breast and it was so peppery that it upset my stomach for the next 24 hours. The manager was very nice and made it right, but I’m not sure I’ll go back. This is extremely disappointing because I’ve always loved this restaurant, but not anymore!

   The service was not good at all. It wasn’t that busy and our main course (expensive steaks) came out with in 3 minutes of the salads. Couldn’t eat a hot filet while finishing up my salad and I had to send it back because it was rare not medium. Very bad evening overall and not worth the $221 tab.

   The food was excellent, but it took too long to come out. The service was great! The plates seem to be too small; my steak was almost using the entire plate, and it wasn't flat, so it was a bit awkward to cut it. I will definitely be back this time with a smaller group. Perhaps food will come out faster.

   Once again, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse proves to be the leader of all the steakhouse chains. I don't know what it is about that steak sizzling in butter, but it does it for me. We had a wonderful meal once again.

   As always, OpenTable and Ruth’s Chris did not disappoint. Our server Calvin was fantastic.

   I go to Ruth Chris’ often and usually never had an issue. This last time our food took a lot longer than usual and my steak was a little undercooked to my liking but still good. The place was fully booked so I’m assuming that was the main issue. Our waiter, Calvin, was great though.

    First the ran out of petite filets so we had the larger filet then had to send both my and my husbands steak back too rare. Was not our best experience.
