   We have been going to Ruth's Chris for the past 13 years for special occasions and sometimes to just enjoy a glass of wine. We have always been impressed with the service, especially, Jessica, who we request whenever we go. The food is always hot, and the portions are perfect. The wine list is extensive and extremely reasonable. A fun, relaxing atmosphere with excellent staff and chefs.

   As always, the food at Ruth’s Chris was extremely good: steaks were tender and flavorful and sides were delicious. Service at the Roseville location was exemplary, thanks to our server Rebeca. Overall, an outstanding evening.

   Our server Joy was amazing and I love the fact she used my name to address me when asking if we were doing okay or if we needed anything

   We had a great dinner ,Thomas waited on us , we really enjoy his great service. He has waited on us before, he is always very friendly, polite and very professional. Great service . He is a keeper for sure .

   I have long been a fan of Ruth's Chris, not only for their superb food but also for their warm and welcoming ambience. The Galleria's Ruth's Chris is no exception. Friendly, cordial and dignified staff provided a great setting for a birthday celebration for my grandson, and one he will not soon forget. Our server, Julie, is at the absolute top of her profession, and in my experience, should be considered for a management position. She was attentive, prompt, friendly and warm and helped us greatly through wine and food selection. Our overall experience was one of complete enjoyment and satisfaction. Thanks to Ruth's Chris (and esp. Julie) for making my grandson's 20th birthday a memorable one.

   Server had great energy and ment well. But the kitchen and clientele did not allow him to succeed. Our food took forever once ordered. I understand a Saturday night but this was much longer than it should be. I ordered a medium rare ribeye it came out an our and a half later well done. Both of our little kids food took just as long which was just chicken and French fries. The table behind us was causing problems with the server then us. We lost our appetite and only had a bite or two of our entree. Server apologized but the manager never came to apologize. We ordered a bottle of wine that was almost $300 and another almost $300 in food for 4 of us. Think this could have been handled better by managment knowing about the problem table. Do not recommend going here again. It was our first and last time so unfortunate.
