   Absolutely outstanding new venue. This is the nicest and largest Ruth’s Chris in the country. We’ve already been twice this week with two other couples and can’t wait to come back. Choose upstairs bar area or outdoor patio, or downstairs main dining, the Napa dining room, or even one of the private rooms. Valet parking on site as well.

   Ruths Chris is always exceptional! We were at their new location in Rogers and the property is stunning! Much larger than the old one and they were filled on a Wednesday night. As always our food was perfectly cooked, we had a very nice wine, and our server, Don, gave us exceptional service with a smile! Enjoyed the evening very much.

   We had a fantastic time at Ruth’s Chris in Roger’s,Ar. The food and their new location were both great bit what made it a memorable evening was our server “Dakota”, she was fantastic. She made our experience there something we won’t forget. Great Job Dakota !

   I gave 2 stars instead of one because they comped our meal. Went for an anniversary and have expected great service and steaks. Since they’ve opened the new restaurant it was chaos. I had a 6:30 reservation and left at 8:45 with my steaks in a bag to go. Staff seemed inexperienced and did not check on us regularly. I ordered a salad and got it at 7:15 though I was seated at 6:30. Steaks came out (for the first time) around 8:15 and were definitely overcooked. I ordered medium rare ribeye and my wife ordered medium fillet. They were charred and I asked if we could get another less cooked. Around 8:40 we needed to relieve the babysitter and they kept saying steaks will be out shortly. I asked to go and they did say the meal was on them. When we got home after nine we opened the to go box and my ribeye was charred again, my wife’s fillet which was supposed to be medium was a cool rare.

   This was not a good experience. Yes, the place is absolutely stunning! The food could not have been worse. My medium plus filet came out rare as rare could be. The cream spinach came straight from the refrigerator. It was ice cold. My son's NY Strip was not good; it looked gray in color. The server was great! She came in from St. Louis to help with the start up. The kitchen needs lots of work in order to garner the price they charge. Will come back in a few months and try again. The place is stunning!

   Our Server - Andy was great! This place is amazing - pair this restaurant with Callisto speakeasy and you have a great pairing for any evening!

   Great experience at the new restaurant. Olivia, our server was terrific. Great Easter Sunday with our family.
