   I ordered 2 lobster tails. The first was good. I ate some of the second lobster tail and it was mushy. Waiter offered to bring another and to tell the manager. I felt queasy and declined another lobster tail. When the bill came, the waiter said they took off the charge for the lobster tail I didn’t eat. After being told that wasn’t much accommodation for my bad meal, he said he would talk to the manager. The waiter said he would take off the charge for the other lobster tail. My disappointment was with the manager who didn’t come to my table to apologize, even though he was in the room and stopped by at the beginning of the meal. We won’t return.

   The Caesar & House salad along with the cream spinach were good. The lamp chops were delicious! The sweet potato casserole was devine! I enjoyed the food here. I highly recommend this place.

   I can’t tell you how many times we go and it is so amazing. service and food we do all our major holidays at Ruth Chis. I have never been disappointed.

   I wanted to give our Waiter Anthony a special shoutout ! On top of Ruth Chris being nice, Anthony made the night. He brought energy and passion to the table making my anniversary special ! Thank you Anthony

   We were looking forward to a special evening, but the experience left us deeply disappointed. While the food itself was good overall, the service was shockingly poor for what we expected on such an important night. First and foremost, we made it clear that my daughter has a food allergy. Despite this, they served her the very allergen we explicitly warned them about—a careless and unacceptable mistake. On top of that, the service timing was a complete disaster. We ordered wine, which didn’t arrive until two courses later. Appetizers were rushed out only moments before the salads arrived, and immediately after that, our main courses were brought out—sitting on a tray behind us for five minutes while we scrambled to finish our salads. The result? We were served our main courses while still eating our salads, which ruined the flow of the meal entirely. The most heartbreaking part was my daughter’s experience. Her meal had to be remade due to their negligence, and it wasn’t served until everyone else at the table had already finished their main courses. This was supposed to be a special evening for her, and instead, it felt like an afterthought. Our family came together from all over the country for this dinner, and instead of creating a memorable experience, we left feeling let down and frustrated. Ruth’s Chris failed to deliver on the high standards they’re known for, and unfortunately, this night will be remembered for all the wrong reasons.

   We love Ruth's Chris, and this location is no exception. It was not extremely busy, so we were not rushed in any way. We were able to have drinks, appetizers, and enjoy our entrees. Anthony our server was very knowledgeable and attentive! We will definitely be going back. Don't forget to get the seafood tower! It is a must every time we visit!

    The food was terrific. Had the fillet and the Chilean Sea Bass. Both were amazing. The only downside to the experience is our server was less than attentive. There was also a group of 10 that were a bit inappropriate with their language with young kids with in earshot of their expletive's. Rare situation. The disappointing thing was the staff didn't have a discussion with the inappropriate table to quell the volume of their language. I went over to let the group know there was a family with many children next to them and to please keep the language appropriate. They were kind and understood the discussion. Sweet people just maybe a bit overserved and not aware of their surrounding. Everyone deserves to enjoy their time however, be cognizant of your environment. All in all, a great experience.
