    I said in the bar area to enjoy a nice meal being by myself. Great service from the bartender. She was very attentive and checked on me frequently. My only complaint was there is a group of rowdy individuals enjoying a bottle across the room and I swear I was sitting at their table. It’s just the acoustics of the bar area. I can’t complain, I knew I was getting into when I asked to sit there versus sitting on a table in one of the quiet sections. Steak was on point as always. Salad was fantastic, highly recommend the house vinaigrette.

    Bone in Rib Eye, spinach, broccoli & desserts were wonderful! Service was a bit discombodoulated as servers did not seemed experienced. Seemed to be new. However, was Easter night and servers tried hard to please. As always Ruth's Chris steakes, appetizers, sides and desserts were so very good! Look forward to another visit.

    The experience has dropped off quite a bit from previous times. Had to ask for things (bread, refills) several times. Staff was not attentive. They were not busy at all so I was shocked at this.

    The food was good.. the drinks were ok.. our service was HORRIBLE!!! I don’t ever write reviews, but after this experience, I had to especially after paying a $300.00 which I was expecting but the service I was not,  not sure if it was Michael’s first day or he was under the influence. after sitting at the table for about five minutes, he did a walk by greet then turn around and remove the extra place settings, did not tell us about any specials, we overheard other servers telling the tables about specials that we would have been interested in he said I’ll be back with bread he did not fill our water glasses. I had to stop him from leaving the table so we could give him our drink orders. Then he did not return to our table for 10 minutes after leaving it. I went to the manager. I wanted to be moved to the bar by the time I got back to the table. He was at the table delivering our drinks we had ordered and giving us water. Again, I had to stop him from walking away from the table so we could order appetizers. When he did come to our table to check on us, he was very distant from our table, speaking with us. My fiancé ordered a drink, and instead of bringing him the drink that he wanted, he brought him the drink that he had to begin with. And again, not sure if he is new or what he had going on, but I am an assistant restaurant manager, and I just know that if any of my servers gave this service to any of the guest I would be highly upset, considering the reputation of Ruth Chris being a high-end restaurant… the service pretty much ruined my dinner and I left very unhappy. I will not be returning back to this location. and I also think they need a more experienced bartender or if they are unsure how to make a cocktail just say that, and I would’ve gladly ordered something else.

    The downside of our dinner was being sat at a round cocktail table that was too small when there were three empty tables for four in the same section. Those tables were never occupied while we were there.

    The potatoes were over cooked and too salty. They replaced the 1st order and the second was over cooked.

    Kayla was wonderful working with our 7-year-old grandson, accommodating his needs graciously. Kayla was pleasant throughout our dinner experience, very pleasant and took care of us very well. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a nice place to have dinner with great service. We have been coming to Ruth's Chris for Easter for several years and this is probably our best experience overall.
