We had the ribeye and the elk tomahawk. Both were cooked to perfection, with accompanied smoked mashed potatoes and seasonal veg that were both fantastic. The drinks were high class as well. Highly recommend with a gorgeous view of the golf course set in the mountains backdrop.

We took guests for dinner. All was great starting with the host who welcomed us and even let us sit in lounge while waiting. our guests were golfing so this was perfect we were able to watch them 'come in off the 18th hole.' he then took us to our table. He gave us the best table in the house. Our server was lovely. All was great until the server said the chef had a special for us. Prawns just in from British Columbia. 3 of us had this. The prawns were in sauce and impossible to peel and absolutely zero 'meat' in them. Our friends from Seattle and they were shocked at how bad this dish was. Otherwise the evening was perfect. just the food was bad. one guest had steak and it was delicious.

Hi Rita , Sorry you were not happy with the Prawns, we sold out that evening and everyone raved about them, they were done in a traditional asian style , the shells were scoured for easy peeling, the prawns dont have huge tails but they do have the equivalent of the meat you would find in a 21\25 gulf prawn , it always pays to ask how an item is prepared so your not surprised on how they are presented , then the servers can educate you on that particular dish, Sorry you found them difficult to eat and sorry they didn't meet your expectations.

Isabelle as always took fabulous care of us and made the evening fun ! We had friends from Ontario who had played golf at SilverTip but not dinner. We had our favourite corner window table entertained us watching Golfers come down 18. Still the Best Cesar in Canmore we shared with the Oysters which were excellent together. Isabelle suggested our guests try the Elk Tomahawk which they loved. Juicy an delicious without being Gamey ! And I had the Ribeye cooked perfectly. We had a perfect evening and our friends loved the whole experience at Rustica. See you soon !

The Easter brunch was unfortunately terrible. Majority of the food was cold, dried out, and really disappointing.

Lovely atmosphere and view. Food was amazing from start to finish. There was an extensive wine list so we asked our server for suggestions and were not disappointed with our selection. The caesar salad was amazing-one of the best I have had. We had the sirloin and the elk tomahawk; both were cooked perfectly and very tasty. I will definitely be back when I'm in Canmore.

Great experience dining at Rustica for a dinner while on vacation in Canmore. We dined out with our 2 children and the server Michael and manager was so nice and courteous. Our table had a nice backdrop of golf course with snow. We did family style with Risotto and shared the dry aged 30oz porterhouse steak- overall the food was great!
