   Rickenbackers is my restaurant of choice for special occasions. The food is very good. The menu selection is extensive, and the service is superb.

   Food was great. We both had the prime rib with baked potato and vegetable which was carrot ( orange and purple), parsnip and brussels sprout. Potato was lack luster for the price. It could have been better if before baking, it was rolled in oil and kosher salt. It was served with butter and sour cream. Chive would have been nice. The vegetable was quite tasty and creative. The prime rib was excellent. Proper cook temp and well seasoned. Served with au jus and horseradish. I felt that the wait staff was wasn't what i would expect for this price point. Kind but slow and not very polished.

   The food was excellent. The menu choices were very good. The service was very good to outstanding; however, when a customer requests a take-home box because the proportion is too large, that box should be provided at the time of the request. At the end of the meal, the waitress did take the "left-over" items, boxed the food, and provided a take-home-bag.

   We have been going to this restaurant for years, and its been our go to place. However, with the change of management, the place has really become a disappointment. I have read other reviews, and they generally say the same things. It's to bad that the restaurant doesn't take heed to the input from their customers and make some of the suggested changes. The food was still pretty good, but way overpriced. My Spare Rib dinner was tasty, but $24? it was more like a $15-$18 plate. The prime rib was less expensive. The service was very slow, but polite. The view is a favorite. The menu really leaves ALLOT to be desired, as it is very limited and most of the old favorites are no longer on the menu. No more Kabobs, Steak pasta or other favorites. Clearly not our go to place in the future unless they can somehow take into consideration the input given from their customers in not only this format, but other reviews as well. Too bad. Another place in Ogden bites the dust. Phil

   The service was on point. They were very friendly and helpful. I asked for iced tea and asked if they had sweet tea. The waitress said no but she could put blueberries or raspberries in my tea. They don't serve mash potatoes but she offered to ask the cook if it was okay instead of the baked potato.

   Had a wonderful time, as I do every time there. Feels like home, with the friendly staff and great food.

   My wife and I and our entire family (10-15) have been coming to Rickenbacker's for years, the change in the menu is so different from what we have enjoyed for years, as well as the price increase, I hate to say, we propably won't be back.

   One hour wait for food which would not be bad if it had been good. Poor waiter over done and tough prime rib. Our meal was served to wrong table. When it finally was served to us it was poor at best.

    The food was okay, use to be better. Service was horrobile, drinks even worse, has full bar, but bartender did not know how to make drinks. Menu is 1/4 of what it use to be. Took way to long to get food. We will not be returning.
