First came here last year (2025) while passing thru SLC, and was most impressed by the food. If anything, this year was better. Beef carpaccio, spaghetti and seafood, veal marsala were standout. The chocolate cake with ice cream was to die for. Ably served by Fea, we had a truly memorable meal.

Everything was amazing and delicious. However, I wouldn’t order the risotto again. I’m not sure they actually use Arborio rice. It was more of a short grain rice in a brothy sauce. Yummy, but not risotto as I have ever had it before and not quite as good. Everything else was amazing though and the desserts were heavenly.

After reviewing the menu and past reviews, we were excited to dine at this restaurant as it was convenient to our hotel and was exactly the type of food we were looking for. As suggested by another reviewer, we ordered the Eggplant Parmesan appetizer and although not hot when we got it, was delicious. Our entrees (chicken marsala and veal piccata) were also delicious. However, our servicer was horrible. Let me explain: When our appetizer arrived, we were promised grated parmesan - she never brought any back to our table and then took forever to return to our table. By that time our appetizer was done. We had to ask the water server if we could have some bread and butter as we observed other tables had received some, but we did not. When it arrived, we received oil, no butter and again requested butter and was told that was no problem. However, it took 2 more requests by the time it was finally delivered. We also had to wait a substantial amount of time to place an order for a glass of wine, which also took quite a lot of time to be delivered. Additionally, we were never informed that a request for the large ice cubes for a cocktail would be an upcharge and found the prices for a full bottle of wine to be off-the-charts ridiculously overpriced for the brands carried (we know wine). If the restaurant was packed, we could understand slow service, but the dining room was mostly empty when we sat down, and several tables emptied after we began our service. There was no visible manager about to complain to, and the server was so un-inviting we decided to finish our meal and leave asap. We will not be back and cannot recommend this place. The prices do not warrant the poor service, despite the delicious food.

First time back in a long time. It was nice. Atmosphere was very enjoyable. Menu is very good. Everyone enjoyed their dishes. Service was slow an inattentive but I think they were understaffed as once we ordered the food it came quickly and was nicely prepared.. just long periods of server no where to be seen. Prices are a bit on the high end but not egregious. We'll be back but likely only for special occasions given the prices.
