   Very cute intimate lounge to meet for a quick drink. NOT a restaurant! Its a very beautiful lounge.

   A quiet, off-the-beaten track hotel bar where you can actually hear your group talk. Nice ambiance. Cocktails and food are decent and predictable. The pulsd deal makes it a good value, but I wouldn't pay full price for something this underwhelming. The whole experience is on the positive side of mediocre, like a 6/10. There was one bartender working alone on a Friday night with no busser or manager to help him, and while he was very nice, it was physically impossible for him to keep up with the pre-theatre rush alone. He might have even been warming and plating the food himself - I walked by the open kitchen door on the way to the bathroom and it was totally empty and lights half off, no cooks, no dishwasher, dirty dishes he bussed himself piling up. I think he was working *absolutely solo*; this happens sometimes in NYC. At most he had one combo cook/dish/porter somewhere, which still isn't enough to feed 20 or 30 people dinner and complex cocktails at the same time. Unfortunately, this is probably typical, because it's only busy for an hour pre-theatre, which isn't enough profit to hire more people. I have worked 20+ years in the industry and recognize this place as being damned by its location. It's just not busy enough to merit being fully staffed with a real chef in the kitchen. The best bet is to go on very slow nights so the solo bartender has the time to take care of you from A - Z by themselves. It's enjoyable if you need an elegant place to chat over cocktails in midtown that isn't slammed. If you're hungry, the food is surprisingly decent. That's it. It's not a restaurant and that's not it's fault. It would lose money if it tried to be, because it just doesn't get busy very often.

   We used a Pulsd voucher for dinner but it’s really just a bar with bar/lounge seating. It’s chic and pretty cute inside but the food was just ok and they had no condiments other than ketchup! No dipping sauces for the fries,or even A1 or BBQ sauce for the burgers. Our server was fine and apologetic and it was nice to have the whole place to ourselves and have a conversation without having to scream over music or loud people but…. We expected a bit more from a Pulsd dinner voucher and it was not a great way to start my Birthday celebration!

   We had a Pulsd deal before a show for a 3 course meal with a bottle of wine. My guest and I enjoyed the ambiance, the food, and the prosecco. I would definitely return.

   It’s a lounge bar with no tables for a dinner environment. Not at all what I envisioned when I made reservation but food was actually good

   We used a Gilt certificate, food was average, service was friendly. There was a $3 charge for something (?) and they added a gratuity, which is to be expected with a certificate. Definitely a evening lounge - not a place for dinner.

   It’s a beautiful lounge near Times Square. A little expensive for cocktails and bar snacks, but has a nice relaxing atmosphere. Nice quiet place to meet before a show or going out to dinner.

   We used a Gilt City voucher. We enjoyed 4 appetizers and a bottle of wine for about $90, including tip. The menu is all lite bites. Blue cheese burger, cheese-meat board, caprese, and caesar salad with chicken were all good. This is not a restaurant but a bar area. The vibe is lovely; not many people there. They offer a happy hour at 9-11. We were there before our Broadway show which was convenient.

   Food and service were great. We had both the Prosecco and the red wine both of which were tasty.
