The Executive Boardroom accommodate more intimate groups of 6-40. Grouse Mountain Grill does have a Group Services and Sales Manager to help with every step of the planning for private or special events of all kinds. Corporate dinners, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthday and retirement parties, family reunions and brunches are examples of the special events our guests have enjoyed at our location.     This has been our favorite fine dining restaurant in the Valley for years, and last night did not disappoint! Both the lobster bolognese and osso bucco (lamb) were excellent and when paired with a good Barolo, dinner was one of our favorites. Great service and beautiful views. But we think of and miss Tony, RIP.

    Awesome experience and food and staff.. The bread was the best I’m gonna do them bread we have ever eaten in our lives!! Appetizers, entrees, and deserts were all fantastic as well as the staff. Mater D, waiter and servers were fantastic! It is expensive, but, this is not Chili’s or Applebee’s back home. You’re at a resort and this is fine dining so it was well worth the price.

    I don’t understand why the restaurant is wide open and we are seated so close to other tables ? Hard to hear as table next to us was very loud .

    Wonderful dining experience and our waiter was ver knowledgeable. He’s been there 14 years and thoroughly explained all of the menu options. Also great martinis with blue cheese olives.

    The wait staff was very accomodating when we wanted to split our appetizer and main course. The food was spot on as usual. This is one of our usual "go to's" when we are in the Vail Valley. It never disappoints. The cocktails are always creative as well.
