   Mattie was our server tonight and he was by far one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in San Antonio. So considerate and informative of them menu. Chef Tony and his team are amazing. Will definitely be back.

   Overall a good dining experience. Ordered the redfish. Portions were somewhat small but very good. Excellent service.

   Amazing service and food! We had family in town and wanted to bring some fine wines to share with them. Our server Mary G. (And others) made our experience so lovely. We felt like we were in our own dining room at home with 5 star food and service. They allowed us to linger as long as we needed to since it was a slower weeknight. Thank you Bliss!

   I did quite a bit of research looking for a nice place to celebrate my wife’s birthday dinner before booking Bliss, but our experience left us both underwhelmed. The food was good (although oddly the portion size of my vegetarian bowl was four times bigger than my wife’s scallop entree) and our server was kind, but the timing of food was very slow, leaving us waiting for a long time between courses. It felt like we were being deprioritized for other tables. Although small, when I booked the reservation I listed that it was my wife’s birthday, so when the server came to the table and asked if we were celebrating anything, it showed me a lack of attention to detail. This was in stark contrast to our dinner the evening before, which we booked only a few hours prior to eating, and yet the service staff made it feel special.

   Great waiter explained how we could vary some of the portion size to try more things. So pleasant on the patio

   Excellent food, service. Extremely attentive server. However, she was so attentive she interfered with a private moment when I was handing a birthday card to my wife, to ask a a question about the wine order. Possibly she could have given us space when we were engaged in an intimate conversation/gift giving. Otherwise a good experience

   One of my favorite restaurants! Everything was superb! We went in April, and the weather was very mild; so, we dined on the outdoor patio, and it was wonderful! The inside is also beautiful! Service was outstanding, the menu was creative, and the food was great. Good wine selection as well. Overall, I highly recommend this exceptional  restaurant.

   I have to say that this is the best food I've ever had. My all time favorite restaurant is Chama Gaucha, but aside from an all you can eat type of place, Bliss, hands down, is the best restaurant I've ever been to. I just cannot get enough of their short rib! And I do not like carrots, but their candied carrots are amazing and I just want more and more of them! Customer service is amazing as well! This is my second time in a month and I can't wait to go back.

   My friend and I were celebrating, and we enjoyed a delightful meal with excellent service. The butter cake was particularly good! More like a biscuit than a cake!
