   Our dinner was delicious! The chicken schnitzel is my go to dish. The server was friendly, knowledgeable and made our visit enjoyable. Love coming here before shows at The Paramount.

   I usually get overwhelmed by loudness but the Caroline was so fun and lively and I enjoyed it a lot! The food was very good and the service was outstanding! We are from out of town and look forward to visiting again and again!

   The service was good, the food was ok but whoever was in the kitchen did not pay attention to detail. I ordered two eggs over easy and crispy bacon and the eggs were completely funny and the bacon was not even close to being crispy. They did fix the issue but I needed to have the waiter make my breakfast again which shouldn't happen in a restaurant of this caliber.

   Service was great. The food wasn’t all that great! I had the Miso Salmon. If it wasn’t for the miso soup in the bowl my salmon would have tasted dry. My husband had the flank steak and it wasn’t seasoned. It did have chimichurri on top but the taste still wasn’t there! The deviled eggs as an appetizer was pretty good. Overall I enjoyed the atmosphere and we walked out of there not fully satisfied.

   Decent food but a bit over priced in my opinion. At least for what it was. Good spot for drinks though

   30 th birthday party— Walter was excellent waiter— and anticipated our needs for a party of 7. Food was excellent!! And surprise warm cookie topped with ice cream to sing Happy Birthday was a good end to a great dinner.

   Ate an early meal on a Friday night to catch a concert afterward. Host was gracious with our being late for our reservation due to traffic/parking issues (we did call and let them know). Food was good—it was nice to eat in Austin for less than $50/person. We had salads, the chicken schnitzel and enchiladas. (The beet citrus salad was very skimpy on the goat cheese!) Our server was rather aloof and distracted; it was difficult to get his attention for water refills and the check. (Note: validate your parking for half off with valet) A nice meal but we wouldn’t go running back.

    I wasn't overly impressed by the Caroline. Atmosphere is good. Chairs are uncomfortable. Service was above average, but slow.
