   We love Indian food and have had a hard time finding a restaurant as good as the one we left in Miami two years ago. This is pretty much on par and we drive an hour one way just to eat here! It is delicious and authentic. Worth the drive and time!

   Not as good as it’s been in the past. Food was bland and smaller portions of rice than other restaurants. Not bad, just okay.

   The food was good, but the service was not up to par. The waiter stood several feet away from us. We assured him that we are triple vaccinated, but if he was truly concerned, maybe he should wear a mask. It seemed that he avoided us.

   The only disappointment was that they didn’t have the homemade mango ice cream. We were there for dinner on a Friday evening and the waiter said they were making it and it would take 2 hours. It seems like that’s something they should have done in the afternoon.

   I'm not the type to write reviews usually, but I was very disappointed with my trip to Tamarind. The first disappointment was when we first got there and walked through the doors, the website makes the inside look much more clean, crisp and modern, the place is small, dirty and does not have a very welcome feel. The pictures must have been from years ago. The service was not good at all. We were seated by a man who was not very friendly and we waited for 16 minutes before we got any service, and I had to waive someone down to get service at all. The service all night was less than stellar, I don' know if they are under staffed or that's just the way it always is, but it was not good. The food was ok, It did not match the reviews I read, I have better Indian food at a few other places, all in all it was a very disappointing night. I would not recommend Tamarind to my friends, maybe they were just having a bad night but the service was bad, the food was ok and the place is dirty, sorry to say I will not be returning.

    The food was ok. Service was abysmal. Took 20 mins to get water. And they only brought out glasses for 3 instead of 4. Had to ask twice for the 4th glass of water. They forgot about the naan we order. Got that well after the main curries came out. Overall, I won't be going back.
