El nuevo establecimiento de la familia del Rosebud Restaurant ofrece una perspectiva innovadora sobre la cocina tradicional italiana por la que el Rosebud es famoso, todo ello en un ambiente rústico que evoca el Viejo Mundo en la campiña italiana. Rosebud - Deerfield propone el almuerzo y la cena 7 días a la semana con un menú de platillos que se centra en platos regionales e ingredientes frescos. Los comensales pueden comer en familia especialidades caseras, como los noodles cuadrados hechos a mano y la famosa ensalada de pescado, que incluye calamares, caracoles de mar, pulpo y gambas, todo muy fresco y aliñado con aceite de oliva, limón fresco, ajo y perejil. Bajo petición, los comensales con dietas especiales tienen a su disposición pastas integrales de bajo índice glucémico sin gluten. Para terminar la velada, nada mejor que algo dulce, como uno de los deliciosos postres recién hechos. The star of the show was the brick chicken. The only thing shinning brighter was my gal! Shhh, don’t tell the bird. It was cooked and seasoned to perfection last night. Impressive, as the kitchen was on overdrive, due to the Easter/Passover holiday. Every tender bite was surrounded by a perfect crispy skin. Even, the littlest of appetites will want more! Again, similar to a Peking duck in ( Chicago )China town! The portion is enough to split. It’s was accompanied by delicately seasoned spinach. Thank you for a wonderful meal! Bravo to the chef last night!

Always excellent. Great service and food is exceptional. The specials are creative and delicious. Sea bass preparations are a favorite. Danny at the bar is a 10/10.

The Brick chicken was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Was not as crispy on the bottom as we like. We’re very particular and have been comparing it to several unicorn moments. Still, it was super delicious! Chopped salad is always a treat and consistent! Generously loaded with goodies. Rosebud unlike most restaurants is not cutting back in this climate. They still serve generous portions, that please the palate!

This was our first visit to Rosebud and it was impressive. The tortellini was sensational, the wine list was well curated and reasonable, and the service was perfect. We also enjoyed the ambience: white table cloths, comfortable seating, and just enough hum to let you know you're in a lively place, but not so much that you can't carry on a conversation. Highly recommended.

Good food and great service. We are never disappointed when we visit Rosebud. The eggplant stack is amazing and so is pasta is excellent.

Brick chicken was cooked perfectly. However, it lacked the outstanding flavor or spices of my last review. Banana cream pie is a great finish. Rich banana cream with a crunchy cookie type crust. Kind of like an explosion of flavor from a gourmet Oreo! If the cream of the Oreo was banana! Presentation is beautiful too!

Everything was great as always — the food and service are excellent, and it’s consistently a wonderful experience. Just a small tip: I’d avoid the booth seating if possible, as the seats are quite low. Other than that, this place is a local gem!
