   Beautiful hotel with a lovely lobby. Restaurant conveniently located. Greeted, seated and orders taken. Server did a good job. Drinks were good as ordered. Fajitas ordered for dinner were not good. Meat and vegetables old and soggy. Sparse condiments ie: lettuce, guacamole, pico old and stale. Food not palatable. Would not recommend.

   Good experience for the breakfast buffet. Staff was cordial and helpful. Food was good and decent selection. Fast and convenient to get in and out

   My wife and I had reservations for Valentine’s dinner at Oro, anticipating a nice romantic dinner. From the moment we arrived everything was a complete mess. They were totally understaffed and the people who were working admitted they don’t work in the restaurant, so try as they might they were utterly disorganized. After waiting for well over an hour we still hadn’t gotten the appetizers, and the restaurant wasn’t that busy as far as we could see. We finally just got up and left. On our way out we talked to a supervisor, who admitted that she normally works breakfast shifts and got called in last night at the last minute. She did apologize for the chaos and said she understood why we were leaving, but the whole experience was very bad.

   Had a reservation for Valentines Day dinner at 7:45pm. The first appetizer from the Valentines Day Special menu came in about 20mins after we sat down, and our first round of drinks came in about 30mins after we first sat down. The courses came in in about 30mins after intervals…so we were here for a total of about 2.5hrs!! For a simple 3 course dinner. The people next to us were very upset that their first course took about 45mins to arrive, and they left without paying after speaking to the manager. The food was delicious though, but not worth the almost 3 hours being there.

   Don’t do it !!! read the reviews not a good place to go at all only two wait staff for the whole valentines dinner service two hours passed and no appetizers or communication from manager letting us know anything totally ruined Valentine’s Day we just up and left totally unacceptable I would never go back

   The service at the bar was outstanding. The female bartender was very friendly, upbeat, energetic and knowledgeable. The kitchen staff overcooked my steak, but I was given half off. I also received my drink on the house and a free dessert so ORO made it right. It was a very pleasant experience due to being a Sunday. I was able to watch a game and enjoy the food in peace. Like I said, ordered medium rare + and received it “well-done”. Top shelf, margarita and bread pudding was on the house. Overall 4 Stars!

   The food was really good. The waiter was not very good. If it wasn't for the bartender, we would have never been waited on, gotten our food or the bill. The waiter seemed to have blinders on and needs to look for a new profession.

    All around horrible experience. Waitress was the rudest I have ever encountered in a restaurant anywhere. AC was not working. Drinks were served in bottles and plastic cups because they were “too busy” which was not the case at all. Food was mediocre at best. Never will return again.
