   I had an incredible experience at this restaurant during a previous stay at the Four Seasons, which is why we made a point to return for dinner—even though we were staying at a different hotel this time around. As expected, the service was outstanding. Our server went above and beyond, even making sure I could enjoy the Basque cheesecake, which wasn’t listed on the dinner menu. That thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated. However, the seating experience unfortunately fell short. We were placed at a table sandwiched between the staff water station (where dishes were also being cleared) and a busy staircase. The noise and constant foot traffic made it difficult to enjoy what we had hoped would be a quiet, romantic dinner. When asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, we said no—still, we didn’t expect to be seated in such a high-traffic, disruptive area. To be honest, that particular table probably shouldn’t exist. Although the manager did stop by to check on us and we chose not to raise a fuss at the moment, the setting definitely impacted the overall experience. Having previously dined here for both breakfast and dinner during our last stay at the Four Seasons, this visit felt like a disappointment. It makes me wonder if seating priority is given to in-house guests. If that’s the case, I understand—but it does make us hesitant to return unless we’re staying at the property again.

   Wonderful food in a spectacular setting. The food from apps to entrees was full of flavor. Would definitely make a trip back to this restaurant when in Maui again.

   The service was exceptional, the food was flavorful and fresh, the drinks were super good and the ambience was great. We loved watching the sunset and fire dancer right after dinner.

    We stay at Four Season properties around the world, and this may have been the most disappointing meal we have ever had. Our waiter was lovely and his attentiveness was great. With that said, there was not a busser in sight. Plates sat on our tables for 15 minutes after finished. Water glasses empty. The quality of the food was not to the standards we'd expect from a fine hotel or restaurant. The king crab legs were fishy, as well as the lobster. I ordered a prime rib eye medium plus and it was cooked well and so hard to cut. Chewy. Not the flavor that you expect from a quality rib eye. Costco's rib eyes taste better than what we were served. We also ordered a loaded baked potato that arrived oddly with no butter. Simply a scoop of sour cream with bacon on top. We had to ask for more toppings just to eat half of it. The meal was $400 without alcohol and we absolutely did not feel like it was worth it. We are staying at hotel for another week and now have no desire to dine there again. So bummed.
