Hostess and server were both excellent and knowledgeable. Food was filled with flavor and cooked to order. We enjoyed ourselves for sure.

we have been enjoying the excellent lobster benedict for Sunday brunch over the years. Sadly we were informed that due to the high cost, it will be taken off the menu. We would love to come back again if we could special order the lobster benedict for 3 pax or 5 pax when we come with our family. We prefer the ambience without the pianist (April 13) as on past visits, the choice of music is too loud and impedes conversation

The resort is lovely. I live in Santa Fe and wanted to try something different in Taos. Maybe because we were there early, I wasn’t thrilled with the ambiance. It could also be a slow time. I’m sure it’s fine, if you’re staying in the resort hotel or attending a wedding reception. Our waitress was lovely and did a great job. I feel like there isn’t enough staff in the bar and restaurant.

We really enjoyed a lovely meal in the main dining room which is beautiful with its comfortable leather chairs and old metal chandelier. Our server Sean was attentive and helpful. He did a great job. The food was outstanding. The chicken schnitzel is unlike any other I’ve ever had and was moist with a wonderful sauce over wilted spinach. My wife’s chile relleno was also very unique and delicious. The cocktails were perfect and we really enjoyed the evening.

Beautiful restaurant with excellent food. Pricey but less pricey than other restaurants we’ve been to in Santa Fe.

The food was wonderful and the service spectacular. Quite, intimate, and comfortable fine dining. The charcuterie was great. The jam was delicious and went perfectly with the rest of the plate.

The food was wonderful. Their soup was outstanding as was their main courses. We tried the chicken and the pork chop. Both were excellent. Fabulous meal.

Restaurant was small and intimate. Server didn’t tell us about the soup of the day. We overheard a customer saying they would have the soup. Blue corn tortilla carne asada tacos were good. The pork chop was on the bone with a sweet sauce. Too sweet. The most expensive item not necessarily worth the high price.
