   When I made the reservation I put that it was me and my girlfriend’s 2 year anniversary and requested a booth. We did not get sat at a booth (I had to ask to move) and our server did not ask if there was a reason for coming out to firebirds (like Firebirds is supposed to) they go by. Absolutely no Unexpected delights. No fresh cold glass on the martini after it ran room temp, we were also not told that it was a scratch kitchen or asked about allergies. My girlfriend didn’t like her food, she ordered something else and the manager did not once come up to our table to make sure everything was okay or to check up. The food was just so off..it was our first time here.. We expected so much more. We left extremely disappointed. Didn’t even get dessert.

   Excellent lunch, salads are delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed complimentary Lobster Queso! Server, Maddie was fantastic!

   Firebirds is really nice! We went early in the day- in time for happy hour. Their new 7.00 happy hour pineapple martini ( there’s another name for it) was really good! I had 2! Filets were great! Service was on point. We’ll be back!

   The food is always good at Firebirds. The service, however, is inconsistent and usually slow. Although we love the food, we hesitate to go there because of the service. Waiting staff sometimes take a long time to bring ice tea refills, ask if the customer needs anything, and once it is visibly obvious that the customer is done eating to ask if there is anything else i.e., a desert or the check.

   We went for brunch for the first time and honestly would not go for brunch again. I love firebirds but not for brunch. Our Our bill was $94 for 2 people with no alcoholic drinks. We ordered one appetizer and 2 meals. To be fair my husband did get a steak and he loved it. I wanted breakfast food and got eggs. The eggs were the not real eggs and you could tell by the taste and texture. I did confirm with our server as well. But For $18 for 2 eggs and bacon I would expect real eggs.

   My waiter never asked simple questions, such as “would you like everything on it” leaving me to scrape off a lot of onions and sour cream and other things i really dislike on my food

    I’d eaten here prior and it was average at best. Tonight it was outstanding. Food was wonderful. Drinks perfect. Service excellent. I’ll be back for certain.
