   Two friends and I had brunch there today. From the time I walked in their service was excellent. The hostess and her team with her were great and getting me seated right away. Our server WILLYNA was fantastic. Very patient, accommodating, came back to check on us at just the right time to see if anything else was needed. There were a few people who appeared to be managers, walking around, mingling with the customers and displaying very happy attitude, smiling, joking, and they all really seem to enjoy the work that they do. I think it takes a special person to work in Customer Service and to be a servant leader, and I feel like the staff at this restaurant were great servant leaders to a T!

   Our waiter was excellent. He was very efficient, polite and did his job very well. Wait time for food was a bit long. Hope for some improvement on that. Overal very nice place to dine.

   Service tonight was very good. Managers were very attentive and food came out hot and as ordered. All good, as always!!

   Four of us dined on a Thursday evening. First time in. Meals were fine. Server was pleasant. Issues for us were 2: Bartender didn’t know how to make a Sombrero; one of our dining partners waited 20 minutes for her drink after the rest of us were served. Also, 3 meals arrived at the table together, while the 4th didn’t come for another 10 minutes.

   First time to firebird. Was disappointed that the tables were sticky and dirty. Another couple two tables away were complaining about the same issue. I went their with my wife niece and husband for the first time . I went specifically to have prime rib. I asked for mine medium rare and it arrived medium when I complained the manager came over. She explained that they prepare a whole prime rib at once and at that time of the day there were no medium rare pieces, This is something the waiter could have explained to me before I sent it back and waited for medium rare rib eye. I ordered two drink which had very little liquor. I feel for the price the food was not particularly memorable. It is a shame because the ambiance and decor are great and the location is conveniently located. Don't think I will be returning or recommending

    Ermisha was our server and she did an excellent job serving our party of 12. The hostess at the front who seated us was very attentive, warm and friendly. We have always had a great experience here and are repeat customers. Will definitely be back.
