   It’s expensive but my family had a wonderful breakfast. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. The staff were very friendly too.

   Found this place several years ago when we stayed at the Omni (it's within the hotel). Only been there for breakfast, but it has always been excellent. Tried the blueberry sausage this time and it was so good! Always willing to substitute when I've asked. The hubs was equally impressed with his food and had a fantastic latte as well. We are usually there early and it hasn't been super busy, so pretty quiet, very friendly service. Check hours as they weren't open for lunch some days of the week!

   I always look forward to spending time in OMNI hotels because they usually have a Bob’s steakhouse or really good restaurant. 676 is nice and beautiful view out over the tree lit streets during the holiday, but the menu is extremely limited more bar food than a real restaurant. So I was looking forward to a great steak or seafood and ended up with a pizza. The food was very good and the service was great but again wished they had a real restaurant instead of just a bar.

   We stayed at the Omni Hotel on Michigan Ave over the weekend. Since we were going to a play that night I made a reservation at the hotel restaurant 676. We I went online and made the reservation on OpenTable it showed several items on the dinner menu.When we arrived at the restaurant and given a menu they had very few choices basically pizza and hamburgers. I asked our server where was the menu posted on the hotel restaurant website and he said it was no longer available. The Omni needs to update their website so customers know that it is a very limited menu. Also service was very slow and they were under staffed

   Floor to ceiling windows set off the lovely city view from almost any seat. Bright, open and airy. Service from entering to the end was very good. Breakfast food particularly was delicious with beautiful presentation. Prices appropriate for a city hotel.

   Had reservations, had to wait a bit to get acknowledged and seated then had to stand up to flag down a manager….took about 45 minutes before order was taken….got drinks about 25 minutes after being seated…..was given 25% off of bill….would have preferred better overall service…..food was really good and everyone apologized…..just expected a little better especially when you pay over $700 for a room upstairs for the evening.

   Once again - very impressed with service here. Absolutely delicious, fresh food! Great atmosphere...love seeing the mile early a.m.!

   Never were we approached by anyone at the front of the restaurant. We had to walk into the restaurant and approach the manager to get seated. It still took almost 15 minutes for anyone to approach our table and ask us about drinks and if we are eating. We did get Service. It was very good in Victor was very supportive. Food was OK but very limited menu. Will not return.

    The food was amazing the wait staff was awesome! The only issue was the pizza could have been warmer.
