   The Rib Room delivers. Our server Fernandez made the experience one of enjoyably relaxed elegance accented with fun, framing a most satisfying meal introduced by perfectly icy cocktails. The food is very good and the window seat a nice way to sit and enjoy the entire dining experience.

   The food was not as described on the menu. I ordered what was described as tempura soft shell crab with avocado, tomato, corn, jumbo lump crab, and gastrique, which sounded wonderful. What I got was more like a salad, with a huge pile of cold guacamole with one soft shell crab on top. The crab was small, dry, and room temperature (I couldn’t tell whether it was supposed to be hot or cold, but it was neither) - very disappointing. The atmosphere was lovely, but the service left a lot to be desired.

   Everyone from Hostess greeting us with a smile upon arrival to entire Wait Staff were amazing! Our Server Sarah took so much care to describe menu selections and answer any questions. We were welcomed by Dallas the General Manager and Troydell the Assistant General Manager. Our meal was absolutely delicious! The Redfish was prepared perfectly and exceeded my expectations. Our Sticky Toffee Cake was unforgettable!

   Food was good but not a memorable meal by any measure. Truffle Mac and Cheese was the highlight. Service was slow, staff appeared to be short handed. They gave us complimentary dessert for our anniversary which was a nice touch.

   Experience was nice but food wasn’t as expected fish was very small overly cooked. People were great atmosphere was very nice food quality wasn’t pleasing at all. Brussels sprouts were burnt.

   Our meal was absolute redemption. The first time we dined there was on Christmas Day and it was in a word terrible. It took almost a year and a half for my husband to convince me to go back and I’m glad he did. The tuna salad as an appetizer was fantastic and enough to share. The fries were perfection and the best we’ve ever had - thankfully the portion was large enough to share!! My son said the steak was the best he had ever had and my husband’s fish was amazing. My soft shell crab was very good but I’m on the fence about it being served cold. The drinks and dessert were all delicious and we will likely be back for another delicious meal.
