Chef Philip Tessier was the first American to medal at Bocuse D’Or, owner Samantha Rudd comes from a winemaking family, and together they’ve built a MICHELIN-starred palace dedicated to Californian food and wine. Come for the seasonal tasting menu, absolutely add on the caviar pretzel, and take your time with the wine list—a tome filled with 10,000 bottles that's believed to be the largest collection of Napa wines in the world.
