   Excellent fine dining experience as always. Wonderful Host who remembered us and knows our preferred table. He is great. Service was amazing as always, and food well prepared, well presented, and the best anywhere. We will be back!! Our reservation was at 5:30pm, on 4/24/25.

   For the premium price of $85.00/person, we expected more upscale choices and at least one cocktail/glass of wine included.

   The Firehouse Restaurant is a fantastic spot with a unique blend of history and modern dining. Located in a beautifully restored firehouse, the ambiance is both cozy and upscale. The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, including fresh seafood and delicious steaks, all prepared with a creative twist. The service is attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. Plus, the wine selection is impressive, perfect for pairing with your meal.

   The Firehouse Restaurant has an established San Francisco restaurant vibe. The attention starts when you arrive at the valet station and continues throughout the dining experience. The dark-suited servers and all of the other attendants provided excellent service. We mentioned it was our anniversary and we were seated at a great table. The food was very good. While the prices won’t allow frequent returns, we definitely will come here for special occasions. It’s an appropriate setting when you want to dress up and feel special.

   We had the Duck, Lamb, and two cuts of steak - Filet Mignon & NY strip - and all were outstanding, as were the four Old Fashions. Iconic historic building with that lovely bygone classic elegance that you’d expect in Old Town Sac, without a hint of stuffiness. It’s definitely spendy - our meal for four adults with starters, entrees, drinks & dessert - was over $500, but you absolutely get what you pay for and Firehouse continues to be a family favorite.

   Great food great service. You don’t get a more classic setting then this grand dining room. Steaks were perfectly cooked if you like classic fine dining this is your spot.

   This restaurant continues to hold to a high tradition of very special service and wonderfully prepared food. It is upscale, yet not pretentious. All of the staff are friendly and willing to answer questions and offer recommendations. The food is presented artfully, and never disappoints in the flavors. Extensive wine list and specialty whiskeys and tequilas add the the unique atmosphere and dining experience. Our go to location for special occasions.

   James was great His suggestion for our request for a particular type of Chardonnay was spot on I must say however this time and the last time we came there was 2 problems, Lamb not cooked to requested temperature (2) and this time an error in my order for an appetizer. Both were acknowledged and we received a complimentary Crème Brûlée. …which is awful If you are going to apologize for a mistake then gift your customer with a “value” dessert of their choosing. We spend HUNDREDS of dollars in your restaurant and your response to YOUR mistake is a dessert that is lacking in all areas, taste presentation, and size It will be sometime before we return
