   Loved this restaurant!! The food, drinks, service, and ambiance were exactly what we look for. Each dish was intricately plated, and the flavors all complimented and contrasted each other beautifully. I would highly recommend this to anyone who can appreciate a well thought out and crafted experience. 10 out of 10, and we will be back. Also kudos on the accolades, they are well deserved.

   Rooster and The Till is some of the BEST food in Tampa. The menu is loaded with unique dishes that don’t intimidate. Staff describes the ingredients well and the flavors are incredible. Wine glasses can be halved so I could three without over doing it! Thanks to the waitstaff for the offer of that. Bartenders know as much as runners. They all know their craft and share their knowledge if you ask. Get there!

   Food, service and ambience were all excellent. We ordered the tasting menu and added several other dishes. The fish, meat and pasta dishes were all equally delicious. The well selected wine list had great options to accompany every dish. Service was outstanding. Always keeping our glasses filled and genuinely interested in making our experience wonderful. Sitting at the counter made our experience even more special. Have already recommended the restaurant to family and friends. Kudos to the chef and staff.

   Come for the food but not the service. Food is truly exquisite! Very well prepared, full of flavor and interesting pairings. Top notch foodie heaven. Service = they appear to be doing us a favor by deciding if and when to wait on us. Could care less that we waited 10 min for our drinks and asked twice. No apology just a “I’ll let them know” and “I’ll check on it”. Also no smiling allowed here either. Frustrating to be someone who loves to try the foodie experience and well rated restaurants, pay top dollar and have this type of customer service. Alcohol selections were limited. Counter service experience was sub par, book a table. To their credit, they did apply my open table discount which I appreciated.

   My wife and I always have a good time when we dine at Rooster & The Till. Food is always delicious, cocktails are great and the overall ambiance is upbeat and fun. It’s one of our number one date night spots.

   Ordered chef menu with wine pairing. Everything was great, we left very happy and felt like what we paid was well worth it. Staff was friendly and helpful to us sharing information to help us as tourists in the area.

   My wife and I visited Rooster & The Till recently to celebrate her birthday, and it did not disappoint. It was definitely a departure from our usual go-to spots, but in the best way possible. The food was creative, well-executed, and full of bold, unexpected flavors. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in their craft. Every dish we tried had its own unique twist and was plated beautifully. What really stood out, though, was the service. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great experience. All in all, Rooster & The Till made for a special evening, and we’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking to try something different and elevated.

   We’ve been dining here 3-4 times a year since they opened. Every single visit is a delight from start to finish with no better way to say it. Service is friendly and knowledgeable without hovering. The dynamic menu is always fun with favorites and also introducing new dishes to encourage you to explore. Tonight was, as ever, its own individual experience. We were lucky to be seated near an older couple celebrating a special day and witnessed how the whole team helped them celebrate. This place is a true treasure in every way!
