   I took my man to lunch for his birthday and the vibes were immaculate. It was our first time dining here and our server made sure we understood how everything worked. I’m sad I can’t remember her name because she was awesome! If you worked the lunch/dinner shift on 4/15/25, shout out to you girlie. You were amazing. The men bringing the meat to our table were great, too. We will definitely be returning! Thanks for helping to make sure that my boyfriend had an awesome birthday.

   Excellent service; constant supply of freshly cooked meat - and varied rather than the same thing coming out all the time. The service was exceptional - we’ve eaten in other Fogo’s that have had ‘less than perfect’ service - but Chicago Fogo was ‘spot on’!

   Great food, but dirtbag pushy waiters try and trick you with upcharges. The guy was walking around trying to unload glasses of mimosas and tried getting us an expensive bottle of water as if that was the standard and only option. He didn't trick me but beware of the games.

   It’s been a few years since I have been to a Fogo de Chao. First time to the Chicago one. It was terrible. To start the food was bad. All the meats tasted the same, were over salted, fatty…some had a slight taste of fish. Staff was overwhelmed, barely any food circulating. The back room felt like we were dining in a mid-range hotel conference room. Hard to leave that establishment hungry, but when it’s bad, it’s bad. Used to be a premium experience worth the price. RIP Fogo de Chao.
