   We went for happy hour and enjoyed craft beer, chips and dip and Mediterranean bowl. The mini chocolate chip pizooki rounded out a perfect meal. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs. BJ’s is my favorite restaurant.

   Restaurant ignored Open Table reservation. Waited 45 minutes although kept being told “10 more minutes”.

   We had a great experience with the hostess and wait staff. The manager was also great even though we had an issue with the food for several of us at the table. Very poor experience with the cleanliness of the silverware, we all had to get plastic ware. There was a split on the quality of the food as far as the taste. But the restaurant itself was clean and the wait, hostess, and management team was excellent.

   Great food and great service (Maggie did an excellent job). Maggie went above and beyond (even made cocktail sauce for the shrimp scampi). Good memory except for one thing, we waited over 30 minutes even WITH a reservation. I can understand a 5-to-10-minute wait but as in the Seinfeld Season 3 Episode 11, what is the point of a reservation. I believe we waited as long as people just walking in. They were slammed, but that's why I made a reservation. It was a business meeting, and it turned out fine but was a embarrassing.

   We had the cherry chipotle salmon and the meat lovers pizza. All our food was very delicious and our waitress was the best we’ve ever had. Using open table is always a benefit because we get seated promptly.

   While we have visited BJ’s many times, this was the first time with this large a group. We were greeted in the most friendly way, and once seated in her area, our server took top notch care of us. She worked well with a couple other BJ’s team members who happily and professionally took care of any and all of our requests. Everything was handled timely, the atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and again experiences with all of the staff was wonderful!
