   Chef's tasting menu was wonderful, with pairs and portions well thought out. The four course menu had delicious options. The only glimmer of downside is the reservations between Living Room and the tasting area seem to use the same system, so need to clearly specify to check-in desk which version is preferred. Staff was attentive and detailed oriented.

   Jory gave us the best dining experience we have ever had. The venue was elegant and quiet, our table had an amazing view. Our server explained every dish in detail. The very complex courses we were served were expertly prepared. I think I could taste every sauce and layer of every dish and everything was delicious. I did not notice if this was a Michelin (sp) rated restaurant but if it doesn’t have stars it should.

   Jory changed to a ultra expensive tasting menu and then a bar menu, I think they made a huge error with this change

   Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to provide clarity around our recent dining evolution! JORY's culinary philosophy has always been rooted in the seasons, driven by local ingredients, and designed to create memorable experiences. Earlier this year, we introduced a new multi-course dinner-tasting menu, offering a more immersive way to experience our region. To complement this, we launched The Living Room of the Valley — a separate à la carte concept inspired by the approachable dishes our guests have loved for 15 years. Pricing remains in line with past averages, and our goal is to offer flexibility, not limitation. With six distinct dining styles now offered across our property, we hope you’ll consider joining us again to experience them as they continue to evolve.

   First visit and Jory lives up to its 5-star rating. We liked dining in The Living Room. The mixed green salad stood out and our server, Jeremy, was exceptional. They don’t mind splitting plates (for minimal fee). We toasted with a 2016 Syrah from Washington State that paired well with steak, salmon, and pasta. Their tear-apart bread is great and a complimentary encore dessert with pyrotechnics concluded our meal. Will come back for sure and highly recommend for special occasions or any excuse really.

   We went to brunch for my wife’s birthday and it was outstanding. JORY is truly a gem of a place as is the Allison. We’ve never had a bad experience or meal here.

   We had a very nice experience at Jory, I would say the only slight dissappointment was the appetizer of frito misto which was heavily breaded and a bit greasy and the pickled veggies with it were over the top pickled. Other than that dish our salmon and steak entries were wonderful and the cauliflower soup was delicious. The service was perfect, it was overall a great experience.
