   It was a very busy time at Disney Springs. It took a while for us to be seated and appeared to be a chaotic process. We were seated outside where there was extremely loud music and a strong wind. Some of our party’s food was cold (they replaced it fairly quickly) but over all a so-so experience. We also were not offered a second round of drinks and struggled to hold a conversation due to the noise levels. I presume most places at Disney Springs would be similar in terms of crowds at this time of year but it certainly didn’t feel value for money.

   After a couple of ok experiences here we gave it one more shot. Ordered the brisket, which was mostly fat and left on the plate. Food was definitely overpriced for what I got. Server only showed up to take our order and drop off the bill. In fairness, it was busy in the restaurant but when we can see you playing on your phone rather than checking on your tables, that’s a problem. Probably our last try at Paradiso.

   Saly was wonderful and so was Zachariah. Food was great as always. Nour remembered us from last time. Great team! Love sitting outside.

   Overpriced extremely noisy, not worth it  food is very mediocre. Service was fantastic.

   Our server Gabriel was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, attentive and so sweet with my son. Highly recommend the blood orange margarita and the salmon.

   Food came quickly. Hawaiian ribs very tender but sauce mediocre. Cole slaw watery and plantains extremely dry. Told waiter and was offered water. 3rd waiter stopped when 2nd said it was only his 2nd day n asked for help. She offered fresh batch. That batch still needed sauce to be able to eat. Very disappointing for a $33 meal. 2nd party member also expressed disappointment in her ribs. Would not return.

   High cost for average food. Staff seemed focused on turning the table rather than offering a dining experience. Our reservation was at 8:00pm. We arrived at 7:50 & we’re seated immediately. We were finished including settling our bill by 8:20. Hardly a dining pleasure. The setting on the water was nice though.

   The food and atmosphere were good, our server Alli was great! The entertainment was fun and we enjoyed watching other patrons dancing to the live music. OpenTable gave me the option of inside or outside when making the reservation & we chose inside only to arrive at the restaurant and be told that seating was inside or outside based on first available.

    This was a nice restaurant in Disney Springs on the water. They had a few gluten-free options, but it was confusing why some of the other items (like a NY Strip steak) were not indicated to be gluten-free. Service was great, and food quality was too. Highly recommend the tropical salad and the skirt steak. A little pricey, but so is everything in Disney Springs.
