Award-winning Executive Chef Dan Wecker shares his passion and dedication through seasonal menus boasting a fusion of New American and French- Inspired dishes -- the perfect balance of classic and creative cuisine. A thoughtful wine list and signature cocktails start the adventure. Signature Cream of Baltimore Soup and Chef's own pan mustard sauce for crab cakes are a notable twist. On-site Green House and Mushroom house add to the intrigue. Finally, in-house desserts will add a memorable sweet ending to your experience. Our circa 1744 Tavern Restaurant, 1810 Manor House along with 12 acres of grounds and gardens makes for the perfect dining escape. intersecting literature, history and geography as story with our food.     Elkridge Furnace Inn never disappoints. We were here tonight for a wedding anniversary, just celebrating with our daughter and son-in-law. The server was super busy but gave us great service. Associated staff filled in as needed, including the manager.

    We decided to head to Elkridge Furnance Inn to enjoy the beautiful patio on a glorious day and sample the spring menu. My husband's duck salad and New Mexico lamb dish were exquisite. I had a hard time deciding, so I chose escargot, cheddar soup, and a beautiful Ceasar salad. With our wine, it was a wonderful way to end the day!

    Food was great. Last time I was there for my birthday most of my guest did not like their food including me. This time it was on point. Service is always good and Chef Dan always greets his guest.

    We couldn't have asked for a better meal and dining experience. Everything was so delicious that the five of us completely cleaned our meal and dessert plates. The staff, from hostess to waitstaff, couldn't have been nicer or attentive. This is the place to come for the best of the best!

    What a delightful and home-like experience in a historic setting! The young waitstaff are delightful and personable. Chef Dan even come out to greet the guests. He is a great conversationalist and very knowledgeable about the property’s history.

    We had just got back from a 9 day vacation in Arizona, but we really wanted a good steak. And Chef Dan always delivers. Our steaks were perfect and delicious.
