Come in and let the flavor do the talking. Our culinary team takes NW farm to table ingredients to craft a rustic American dining experience. Hudson's décor is nearly as spectacular as the food crafted in our open kitchen concept. Hudson's Bar & Grill is located inside the Heathman Lodge Hotel Vancouver WA.

Executive Chef Joe Reid joins Hudson’s with more than 20 years of culinary experience under his belt. Joe grew up in the Pacific Northwest. After graduating from the Western Culinary Institute, Joe started at a 4 diamond steakhouse in Lake Tahoe. He then moved back to the NW and began his culinary career as a Banquet Chef at the Multnomah Athletic Club. Since then, he has worked in various positions at multiple restaurants including Morton’s The Steakhouse, Salishan Lodge and Brand Chef at Stanford’s. He has a passion for mentoring his team and helping them reach their full potential.

Executive Chef Joe has specially curated 3 courses to reflect the whole exceptional wine portfolio from Rombauer Vineyards. Tickets will be sold in pairs of (2) and seating in large round community tables. Unfortunately, the food menu pairings are unable to be adjusted. Wine & Food Menu Pairings: Welcoming Course: French 75 with Chevre, Smoked Peppers, Smoked Tomato, Herb, & Wellington Bites. 1st Course: Sauvignon Blanc with Cobia Ceviche (Shishito Peppers Avocado, Pickled Onion, & Taro Chips). 2nd Course: Zinfandel with Cocoa Crusted Lamb Loin (Blue Cheese, Blueberry, & Basil Butter). 3rd Course: Chardonnay with Seafood Cappelletti with Lobster with Herb (Grilled Octopus, Chimichurri, & Smoked Fried Shallot). 4th Course: Cabernet Sauvignon with Dessert Charcuterie (Chocolate Torte Crumble & Blueberry Ganache Truffle), Fruits with (Balsamic & Basil), & Brie En Croûte (with Phyllo).     Hudson's has always been a favorite and we were not disappointed. The buffet was perfectly fresh and the hot items were hot, the cold items were kept cold. The omelets were made to perfection and the blintzes were wonderful. There was nothing we could have asked for that we did not find. Our server was delightful and very attentive. The mimosas were in full sized wine glasses - not the narrow flutes you normally expect. Nice.

    After a long drive, and our grandchilds birthday party we were beat and needed to eat. Great food and drinks. The service was amazing! I apologize, I do not recall our servers name. But she was amazing and patient. Appetizers, meals, drinks and dessert- recommend! Thank you Hudson's Bar & Grill for a well needed evening.

    Yvette is the main reason that I’m now a customer at the Heathman. She always knows how I like my food and ice tea. The food is consistently good but I do wish that they had a weekly special and another choice of soup!

    we had a large group which the waitress handled us well. but the portions seemed to decrease while the prices increased. The potatoes served were brown but not crisp. I thought a 30% tip was a little excessive. the restaurant was full so it was very hard to hear others at the table speak.

    Wonderful meal. The local distillery espresso martini and Manhattan cocktails were delightful and quite affordable at happy hour. Coho salmon entree was light yet very flavorful. Meatloaf is far more decadent and just as delicious.
