Cattlemens is a an American steak house and grill. The dining room is designed like an Old West-style saloon. Everything about the decor is an homage to cowboys, gold rush towns and cooking over a campfire. Each night there is a different menu item on special, whether it is the slow-cooked prime rib, 20-ounce T-bone or surf n' turf 8-ounce sirloin and jumbo shrimp combo. Steaks are king at Cattlemens, with several cuts of meat and different seasoning options. In addition to these hearty cuts of beef, there are several rib options guaranteed to fill up even the hungriest diner. These include a rack of baby back pork ribs, classic dry-rub beef ribs or an herb-crusted rack of lamb. The bar menu, or saloon menu as its known at Cattlemens, has several fine spirits, craft cocktails and cold draft beer.

    Had to send filet back 3times due to being undercooked. Everyone else in our party was done eating and still waiting on a cooked steak. 3rd steak came and was undercooked and so we sent it back and got our check. Looked at our receipt this morning and we were still charged for the undercooked steak that was sent back. Will never go here again.

    The best ribeye steak that I’ve ever eaten! It was perfectly cooked and so tender, literally melting in my mouth. Waiter was excellent and the only thing that was negative was the noise level inside, it’s a bit loud when its full.

    Fair Prices for any steakhouse. Food was very good. Filet was excellent. Chops moist and seasoned well. Blackberry Mule was a very tasty drink. Will go again.

    Would be a 5 star but AC was broke it was very hot!! And all non alcoholic beverages tasted off and nasty

    This restaurant never disappoints. The steaks are all amazing quality and cooked to perfection. Our waitress Sara provided us with outstanding service. Can’t wait to visit Texas again and eat at Cattleman’s!

    We had our doubts about the new renovations but WOW- beautifully done. And the food is outstanding. Nothing in the Stockyards compares to a meal here.
