   We’ve dined at Urban Farmer several times and have always had wonderful experiences, so we were looking forward to our return visit last night. Unfortunately, it fell a bit short of our expectations this time. We all ordered the prime rib special, which we were excited about, but the meat was overdone and lacked the rich flavor we’ve come to expect. The sauce that accompanied it had an odd taste that didn’t really complement the dish, and the vegetables on the side were underwhelming—bland and a bit overcooked. That said, the service was solid and the ambiance remains one of our favorite things about Urban Farmer—warm, stylish, and inviting. The value is decent for the setting, though it didn’t quite feel worth it on this visit given the quality of the meal. Thankfully, dessert completely redeemed the evening. It was absolutely delicious and reminded us why we fell in love with this place to begin with. We’ll be back again, hoping this was just an off night.

   Service and timing of food seemed to take a long time. New risotto menu item was not good , did not seem to fit description. Table seemed to mostly enjoy steaks however med well per waitress description had no pink in them.

   Delicious salmon, oysters were incredibly fresh, the potato purée like silk and buttery and the butterscotch sundae was crazy good. Our server was very kind and helpful (Diamond).

   My husband and I have been here two other times. Once for a Thanksgiving event, and a second time to celebrate an anniversary. For our 19th anniversary we couldn't think of a better place to celebrate with a wonderful meal. Our experience was even beyond our highest expectations! The food was, as always, a stunning and spectacular experience, but it's the service that truly stands above all. We were greeted with sincere congratulations, and seated at a lovely table among tall, gently lit plants that created an intimate and private environment. On our table were 2 peach roses along with a card wishing us a happy anniversary, and signed by all the staff, including the chefs! From the moment we sat down, we were showered with cheer and felicitations, and none of this felt distracting or disruptive to our meal or each other's company. Our server, Ann Dee, was absolutely genuine and such a pleasure to interact with. She was always right there refreshing our wine, clearing empty dinnerware, etc., before we even noticed. When we did interact with her, it felt like chatting with a friend, while maintaining professionalism. Andy truly makes her job look effortless and enjoyable.
