Service was slow even though there were only 5 seated tables. We had to ask that they supply toilet paper in the one bathroom several times. Then we were in the middle of dinner and we were asked if we wanted our check

Service: surly and inattentive. Ribeye bao: meat somehow under braised. The fried onions on top were so overcooked I couldn’t chew them. Salt and pepper calamari: also overcooked and bland. I really wanted to love this place. They made it impossible.

The dishes were hot or miss. The service was uneven at best. Using the bathroom sink should not be like untying the Gordon knot.

the food and experience has always been great. This time was radically different. The welcome, service, attitude was horrible. And, then they rushed us out an hour after arrival and told us they were closing. That was about 8:30 pm. I will NEVER return.

The vibes were low. The same 5 second clip was playing on the TV above the bar. The food was overcooked. The server was awesome, though! He truly brought all the good energy. Everything else was pretty blasé.

Very tasty food and a really kind service. Authentic Asian Cuisine in the heart of Chinatown. No deserts on the menu. Unfortunately relatively loud and dark atmosphere. Arriving at 6pm, a movie was played which is not appropriate for children.

Kitchen must have been having a bad day. The pork belly in the buns was literally the texture of beef jerky, as was the Waygu in the dumplings. The edamame dumplings were cold in the center. the crab rice was fine.
